Tutorial
Packages (.pkg): with GoldHEN running, press Download, copy the .pkg to the root of a USB drive and install it from Settings › Debug Settings › Game › Package Installer. A remote package sender on a computer or phone can install the link under "Install on your PS4" instead.
Payloads: send a .bin to your PS4's payload loader, such as GoldHEN's BinLoader on port 9090, and an .elf to an ELF loader such as elfldr on port 9021.
