What can my Vita do?

Every PS Vita and PS TV can run homebrew. Tell us your firmware and we show the community guide's route: HENlo in the Vita's own browser, then, on most consoles, Ensō, which keeps it hacked through every restart. Brewology links the files on the sites that publish them and hosts no exploit.

The original Vita (PCH-1000, or PCH-1100 with 3G) has an OLED screen and a flat proprietary charging port; the slim PCH-2000 has a micro-USB port; the PS TV is the VTE-1000. The model is also printed on the box.

Settings, System, System Information. If Settings already has a HENkaku Settings entry, the Vita is hacked and may show a spoofed 3.74: choose one of the "hacked" answers. Do not update unless the guide tells you to.

HENlo, then Ensō on 3.65 with VitaDeploy (from firmware 3.74)

The community guide's route: HENlo in the Vita's browser on 3.74, then VitaDeploy's Quick 3.65 Install moves the Vita to 3.65 and installs Ensō, which keeps it hacked through every restart.

For: every PS Vita and PS TV, updated to 3.74 first (the guide updates everyone below 3.74, even on 3.65 and 3.68) · updated Oct 29, 2026

Adrenaline 8.0.2: PSP games and homebrew on a hacked Vita

Adrenaline runs the PSP's 6.61 firmware inside the Vita, with custom firmware, so PSP homebrew and your own PSP games run. Version 8 is isage's fork; the community guide still links the older Adrenaline 7.

For: a Vita or PS TV running HENkaku, HENlo or Ensō, firmware 3.60 to 3.74 · updated Oct 29, 2026

Every step follows vita.hacks.guide, the guide the Vita community keeps. When it and this page disagree, it is right and we fix ours.
