VitaDoctor is a standalone hardware testing and diagnostic tool for the PlayStation Vita (PCH-1000 OLED, PCH-2000 Slim, and PlayStation TV / VTE-1000).

Accurate Model Detection: Integrated low-level hardware inspection (vshSysconIsMCEmuCapable, vshIdStorageReadLeaf, vshSysconHasWWAN) matching VITAident / PSVident.
Fixed uma0: False-Positive Bug: PS Vita 1000 (Fat/OLED) units with SD2Vita or USB drives on uma0: are no longer falsely detected as Slim models.
Factory Model String Readout: Reads exact model stamped in IdStorage leaf 0x115 (e.g. PCH-1004, PCH-1101, PCH-2004, VTE-1001, PTEL-1000, PDEL-1000).
3G / WWAN Cellular Identification: Accurately distinguishes 3G cellular units (PCH-11xx) from Wi-Fi only models.
Correct Motherboard Revisions: Displays proper motherboard models (IRS-002, IRS-1001, USS-1001, USS-1002, DOL-1001, DOL-1002).
Real vs. Spoofed Firmware Display: Compares SBL kernel version with running version (e.g. 3.65 (Spoofed: 3.74)).
Unit Type & Region Decoding: Decodes Target ID and Console ID (CEX Retail, DEX, PTEL, PDEL, IDU) with region tags (EUR, USA, JPN, etc.).
