Modern TLS (1.2 and 1.3) for the PS Vita browser, apps and games that use Sony's sceHttp APIs.
All of the heavylifting has been done by devnoname120 with tls_fixer, I'm only making those weights lighter. (more info)
The Vita's own TLS stack (RSA BSAFE, 2014) can no longer connect to many current servers. vitals replaces only the TLS layer with Mbed TLS and installs an up-to-date certificate store. Sony's HTTP code keeps handling URLs, redirects, cookies and everything else, so apps work unchanged.

- Added this very same changelog!
- The installer finds vitals in config.txt wherever you moved its line under \*KERNEL, and no longer adds it a second time
- Uninstalling removes vitals' line from config.txt wherever it is, not only from its own block
- When installing, reinstalling or updating, it is now possible to choose where to place the line in config.txt
- The app now shows when the certificates were last updated
- The connection test saves its log only when you press START
- UI improvements
