A PS Vita homebrew client for web SDR receivers. Point it at a KiwiSDR and it streams the audio, tunes it, and shows a live RF waterfall, a shortwave/HF radio in your hands, using someone else's antenna over the internet.

Changelog (v.0.3.0):
- Server-picker filters (press L on the picker). Applied to the fetched directory; favourites are never filtered. Persisted in config.ini.
- Free slots ≥ 2 (default on): hides receivers without room for the two connections the client opens (audio + waterfall).
- Does not catch per-IP caps, which the directory does not expose.
- Minimum SNR; location/name substring match.
- Max distance from a home point (entered as a Maidenhead grid or lat, lon), using the directory's GPS field; optional best-first sorting.
- New LiveArea art (icon, startup, background).
- Band plan trimmed to HF (everything a KiwiSDR can reach).
- Tuning flicker fixed.
