Pokemon Emerald Rogue is a roguelite fan game by Pokabbie built on the pokeemerald-expansion decompilation of Pokemon Emerald. Each adventure starts from a hub town and follows a branching path of routes, trainer battles, gyms and special encounters, ending in a run towards the champion. Pokemon, items and trainers change from run to run. Progress between runs is kept in the hub, which unlocks quests, upgrades, a daycare, berry fields and other facilities. The game includes Pokemon and moves up to Generation 9, abilities, held items, mega evolution, primal reversion, Z-moves, terrains, weather and double battles, with an optional revised mode for moves and Pokemon.
In order to work, you must supply a copy of the Pokemon Emerald Rogue EX v2.2.1 ROM onto ux0:data/pokeemerald_rogue/.
