Cross platform, retro shoot-em-up inspired by games like Thexder, Metroid and Cave Story. It's written in GameMaker Studio 1.4.
How to Play
Howard runs natively on Windows, as well as in most web browsers. The latter build works on mobile devices as well, with in-progress touch screen support. There is a also a PlayStation Vita port.
