Instructions
Download the VPK and install it
Find the folder in which your legally owned copy of Omega Strike is installed
Locate data.win file
Rename data.win file to "game.win"
Connect your vita to your pc
Copy the game.win file to ux0:app/OMEGAVITA/games
Copy all other game files (no need to copy the .exe, options.ini or .dll files) to ux0:app/OMEGAVITA/games
Launch the game on your Vita
