• Refactored ICC fan functions:
• icc_read() → icc_get_profile()
• icc_write() → icc_set_profile()
• Added icc_open()
• Renamed ICC constants for clarity.
• Renamed profile and threshold variables to better describe their purpose.
• Reorganized source into configuration, ICC, notification, helper, and main sections.
• Improved error messages with device path, return code, errno, and strerror().
• Improved ICC logging for GET, SET, and VERIFY operations.
• Changed log helper to return an error code.
• Simplified directory creation by removing the cached ensure_workdir() helper.
• Updated notification and console messages for clearer status reporting.

This is still Work-in-Progress. Tested only on PS4 Pro Firmware 12.52.
