Install on your PS4

Package (.pkg): with GoldHEN running, copy devilutionx-ps4.pkg to the root of a USB drive (exFAT or FAT32), plug it into the PS4 and install it from Settings › Debug Settings › Game › Package Installer.

About DevilutionX

You need DIABDAT.MPQ from your own Diablo CD or install. spawn.mpq from the free shareware version can stand in for it, which gets you the shareware part of the game. Hellfire also needs hellfire.mpq, hfmonk.mpq, hfmusic.mpq and hfvoice.mpq. The project's installation guide has more detail.

On top of the original game there are engine fixes, fixes for bugs the original shipped with, and optional extras such as widescreen and health and XP bars. The bars start off and widescreen can be turned off.
