Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

About Tor3ds
The pages are never loaded on the 3DS. A Python server on your PC connects to Tor, opens each page in a hidden Chromium window the size of the 3DS screen, and sends back a JPEG with the positions of the links. Tap a link on the 3DS and the PC goes there.
On the PC you need Python 3.8 or newer and Tor Browser (or the Tor Expert Bundle) running, which opens the SOCKS5 proxy on port 9150. In the Pc Side folder, install the requirements with pip, run playwright install, then start server.py. The PC has to be on the same Wi-Fi as the 3DS.
On the SD card, make a config.txt in sdmc:/3ds/Tor3DS/ with your PC's IP address in it.
- Tap the white bar at the top of the bottom screen to type an address
- Tap a link to follow it
- D-Pad up and down: scroll
- Start: quit
