Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

From your SD card: copy FBI.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

About FBI
Installs titles and tickets from the SD card, over your local network, or from the internet with a URL or QR code. Title seeds are imported during the install, from the internet or the SD card. Pending titles, like downloaded updates and unfinished eShop downloads, can be listed and deleted.
It browses and edits the SD card, save data, extdata, and TWL photos and sounds. DS cartridge saves can be exported, imported and erased, and so can save data secure values.
Run as a CIA, or as a .3dsx under Luma3DS, it can also get into CTR NAND, TWL NAND and system saves, dump the raw NAND image to the SD card and launch installed titles. To change how it looks, put replacement RomFS files in sdmc:/fbi/theme/.
