Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

About Tetris 3DS
The blocks fall faster as you climb through the 99 levels. High scores are saved to a file next to the game.
- D-Pad Left and Right: move
- D-Pad Down: drop faster
- D-Pad Up or R: rotate clockwise
- L: rotate anticlockwise
- A: drop straight down
- Select: pause
- Start: quit
UltiNaruto swapped the background for one that fits the 3DS screen. The project is discontinued, and the author lists a known bug where the block colours don't quite match the original graphics.

Known bugs :
- Image is wrongly rotated (90° clockwise)
- Colors doesn't match the PNGs attached in gfx folder (pixel details aren't there in bgr format)
Changes :
- Added instant drop key (A)
- You can now hold key for moving blocks
- Changed a value in the levelling system which makes the speed increase twice slower as before
