With 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Then open the .zip in 3dsDL's Files and extract it where the release notes say.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

About TemperPCE
Plays HuCard and CD-ROM games, plus the six SuperGrafx games. CD games need a BIOS file, which you choose in the emulator's BIOS picker.
The fast CPU core is the default. The original, slower core is still there as an option.
Buttons can be remapped, and one 3DS button can press several TurboGrafx buttons at once. Fast-forward and the menu can go on buttons too. Battery saves work for HuCards and CDs. The source is part of bubble2k16's emus3ds project.
