Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

From your SD card: copy screenshot-merge.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

About screenshot-merge
The author says it's for really lazy people. Run it, follow the prompts, and it pairs up the screenshots and saves each pair as one BMP.
For ninjhax 2.x it reads /screenshots, for NTR CFW the root of the SD card, and for Rosalina /luma/screenshots. Merged pictures go in /screenshots-merged, with ntr and luma subfolders for those two. They stay BMP because lpp-3ds, which it runs on, can't save PNG.
