Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

Put your payloads in 3ds/data/PayloadSpinner3DS/ on the SD card, open the app and pick the one that should become boot.firm. Once the file is replaced it asks if you want to reboot.

This release fixes the app's tendency to crash when no payloads are detected, as well as manually creating all necessary directories if it finds they aren't all there.
