If everything's working then this will be my last release for now.

What's new:

• Major UI changes.
• Uses the 3DS's software keyboard.
• Support for viewing a notification's image.
• Preview support for TXT and JPG files.
• Installed title list will now display all title's names alongside their title ID.

What's fixed:

• Deleting a notification will no longer mess with other notifications.
• Max image filesize is now 50kb instead of 128kb.

What's next:
There are some leftovers of unimplemented stuff in this release: Nintendo 3DS Camera support, notification editing, multi-selection, and other stuff.
These were canceled and will be implemented into a future release, which will have a GUI.
However, it'll take some time as I don't plan on working on this anytime soon.

This is basically a new app rather than a new version, since most of the previous release's code was rewritten.

What's new:

• You can now select a txt file from SD card when creating a notification (file size cannot exceed 5kb), or use other notification's message.
• You can now select a jpg file from SD card to use as the image when creating a notification (file size cannot exceed 128kb), or use other notification's image.
• You can now select an installed title to use as the notification omitter, or use other notification's omitter.
• Press SELECT at "View Notifications" menu to dump all notifications to "SD:/NotifyMii" at once.
• Press START at "View Notifications" menu to launch the selected notification's omitter.
• Basic info about a selected notification is now displayed on the top screen.
• Fixed "Delete all notifications" leaving behind a notification.
• Fixed newly added notifications not being displayed.
• Fixed "Don't use any image" not deleting old notification's leftovers image.
• Many other fixes and additions.
