About Magic Draw
The tools are a brush, an eraser and fill, and there are several brush types. Layers have blend modes. Drawings can be saved, loaded again and exported as PNG.
The author says it probably won't run on an Old 3DS because of memory, and plans to fix that. Large canvases get slow. Hiding layers you aren't using helps a bit.
