Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

About LumaLocaleSwitcher
A front end for the per-title locale setting in Luma3DS and forks like SaltFW. Choose "Titles", pick a game and set its locale. It's built on FBI's code.
There are two builds. The plain one is for Luma3DS 6.6 stable, the NIGHTLY one for nightly builds and anything newer than 6.6. The project is archived and no longer maintained.
The folder above the locales directory has to exist already. With Luma that's /luma, so it will be there. Changing the region doesn't always fix things: online play may still fail, for example with error 003-0399.

- Fixes typos in default paths
- Fixes detection issues in the UI
- Hide title IDs most people would not want to tweak (DS/system titles; they can be toggled on with the Y button)
