Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:
Send to 3dsDL

About FTPDB

Connect with an FTP client such as FileZilla.

Several clients can connect at once. Keep parallel transfers to four or five, since the 3DS runs out of sockets past that.
