Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

From your SD card: copy CtrAlarmo.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

About CTR Alarmo
Press Select for the settings and set the time under "Redefine alarm". When it goes off it beeps and can blink the power, wireless and notification lights. It rings for ten minutes, then waits five before ringing again. There are two ring modes, static and progressive, and the screen brightness can be turned down.
With the lid closed the alarm still beeps and StreetPass keeps working. The author points out that this only switches the screens off and dims the lights, so the battery drains about as fast as with the lid open. The HOME button doesn't work while it's running.
