Install on your 3DS

Method 1Scan the QR code
With 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Save it to sdmc:/3ds/.

Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:
Send to 3dsDL
It saves to 3dsDL's Download Folder (Settings), so set that to sdmc:/3ds/ first. Updating? Use Method 1: Send keeps the old file next to the new one.

Other ways to install

From your SD card: copy ChatGPT3DS.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.

About ChatGPT3DS

Sends what you type to OpenAI's chat completion API, and can ask the image generation API for pictures too. You need your own OpenAI API key. Put it in /3ds/save/api_key.txt, or type it in the first time you start the app.

The author only had a New 3DS to try it on. It's written in Lua on LövePotion.
