Method 1Scan the QR code
With 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Save it to sdmc:/3ds/.

Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:
Send to 3dsDL
It saves to 3dsDL's Download Folder (Settings), so set that to sdmc:/3ds/ first. Updating? Use Method 1: Send keeps the old file next to the new one.

Other ways to install

From your SD card: copy blargSnes.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.

About blargSnes

CPU emulation is close to complete and the SPC700 nearly so. The author puts graphics at around 80%: modes 0 to 4 and 7, sprites, colour math, windows and brightness all work. Hi-res modes 5 and 6 and mosaic don't yet.

Sound is missing noise and echo, and interpolation is linear only. Expansion chips aren't supported. SRAM saves automatically.
