Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

About BiPoLAR-3ds

Good for playing in the dark. The LED comes back on after sleep or a full reboot.

Only a CIA is released. The author says a .3dsx build is unlikely to work. Their own test was on an Old 3DS XL running Luma 6.2.2 with A9LH.
