About A9NC
Send a firm from your computer with 3dslink -a [IP] [payload]. 3dslink is part of devkitARM.
In the default gm9 mode, A9NC puts the firm in FCRAM. With GodMode9 installed to FIRM0 as your bootloader, GodMode9 finds it there and boots it with no button presses. It still boots the usual boot.firm locations otherwise, unless you hold R+Left at power on.
Ask mode writes the firm to a place you choose on the SD card. That's the one to use with Luma3DS or d0k3's boot9strap fork.

A minor release in preparation of A9NC support in fastboot3ds. For the FIRM from FCRAM support to continue working you need to update your GodMode9 bootloader. A9NC support in fastboot3ds is not yet finished but will be included in the next fastboot3ds release.
