Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

About 3ds-vgmstream
vgmstream, by hcs, is a library for the streamed audio formats used in video games. The port has a basic player of its own. Put your files in the music folder on the SD card, pick one from the list and press A. B goes back to the list, Start quits.
Not every format vgmstream knows will load on the 3DS. The author keeps a list of the ones known to work.

New:
Now uses dsp over csnd, this grants all of the benefits of dsp, better streaming. This does however require users to dump their dsp firmware (see dsp dumper)
Fixed:
Various other fixes, such as the sound being garbled if you play multiple songs in a single session.
