Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

From your SD card: copy 3DS_Recovery_Tool.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

About 3DS-Recovery-Tool
Copies LocalFriendCodeSeed, SecureInfo, movable.sed, HWCAL0.dat and HWCAL1.dat out of NAND. It can also dump the original LocalFriendCodeSeed and SecureInfo from data, which isn't the same as copying them from NAND. It can verify both, and put them back from memory or from a backup.
The wipe options cover temporary, expired, TWL and pending titles, demo launch info, the system config, parental controls and CTRNAND. It can also format the SD card's root and the NAND ext save data. Get your backups done before you touch any of that.
