Install on your 3DS

Method 1Scan the QR code
With 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Save it to sdmc:/3ds/.

Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:
Send to 3dsDL
It saves to 3dsDL's Download Folder (Settings), so set that to sdmc:/3ds/ first. Updating? Use Method 1: Send keeps the old file next to the new one.

Other ways to install

From your SD card: copy 3DS_Motion.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.

About 3DS Motion

3DS Paint with stop-motion added by norips. Draw with seven colours and a rubber, one frame at a time, then play it back and save it as a GIF. Instructions are on the top screen.

Drawing:
- L and R: previous and next frame
- Y: show the last frame
- X: preview
- B: delete the frame

Preview:
- L: first frame
- Up and Down: change the frame rate
- Select: export to GIF
- B: leave preview

There's a short glitch on screen when you clear everything.
