Waves Loader 3D is a PSP homebrew application released from French developer Xeo-Swold. Waves 3D Loader is a homebrew app that is able to read 3D files and provides the output to users on your PSP screen. Waves 3D Loader doesn't show you the actual code on your PSP Screen but you see a 3D image which is a very nice feature. Check the source link for a developer statement.
