Tic-Tac-Toe changelog

v2007-11-12 · Nov 12, 2007

When it comes to the oldies, nothing quite beats the simplistic, nerve-wracking experience of a classic game of Tic-Tac-Toe. EvilDooinz (creator of PSP WOL) apparently thinks so too, as the developer releases Tic-Tac-Toe v1.0 for our playing pleasure.

As you've probably guessed from its title, it's a game of Tic-Tac-Toe that has you playing against an AI. We figure this shouldn't come as as a surprise, given that some EvilDooinz's previous projects on the PSP involved porting the ever-popular cranial game of Sudoku.

The game's pretty simple to figure out - the controller details are available in the file bundle's readme - so you should be playing in no time. Before you do get started on the download, EvilDooinz warns users that Tic-Tac-Toe v1.0 crashes when you attempt to exit. Keep that in mind.

It’s getting emails like this one from BlackPhoenix that makes being a part of this site and the PSP Community worth it:

I have managed to successfully port this SDL game, now with TTF support.. I hope this to be a learning resource to all woodbie PSP developers and yet another example to look at for deniska's "Port Tutorial - rRootage example" thread.

Giving something back to the community!!

Be sure to read the README.PSP file for installation instructions!
