Install on your PSP

Archive: extract pspmagic-1.0.1.zip and copy the pspmagic folder into /PSP/GAME/ on the Memory Stick.

Start it from Game › Memory Stick. On a PSP Go without a Memory Stick, use /PSP/GAME/ on the internal storage.

Homebrew needs custom firmware such as ARK-5. New to PSP homebrew? Start here.

About PSPMagic

Draw on a magic screen the way the old mechanical toy works. Drawings save and load as .mag files, and screenshots go in the scr folder. There's no undo, so the author suggests saving now and then.

- D-Pad or analog stick: move
- Cross: draw mode on or off
- Triangle: erase mode on or off
- Circle / Square: bigger or smaller step
- Select: menu

Many thanks to my friends Manu & Buzz, who encouraged me and for their help, advices and beta testing.

By the way a new project is coming soon. My very good Friend Buzz is working hard to design a PCB and to connect his modded "device" to the psp for an incredible Etch & Sketch experience on PSP using IRDA or serial ports.

We have many ideas to improve old-schoold emulation experiences on PSP, so stay in contact !

PSP-Magic has been developed on linux for Firmware 1.5 and 5.x-m33.

How to use it ? Everything is in the README.txt file.

Sources are included, and this package is under the GNU public license,
