About PSPLink
Runs on the PSP and talks to a PC over USB, so a developer can start homebrew straight from the PC, get a shell on the console and find out what caused a crash. It works with a debugger and supports single stepping.
It needs the PC side as well. The zip has the Windows USB driver, but the PC tools have to be built from source with the PSPSDK. The full manual is a PDF in the project, and the pspdev site has the current setup guide.
