About PSP USB Video Class
Sends the screen over USB as a standard UVC video device, which xerpi says should work on any OS. View it with PotPlayer on Windows, mpv or mplayer on Linux, or capture it in OBS. The picture is 480x272. There's no sound: use a cable from the headphone socket for that.
Copy uvc.prx to ms0:/seplugins/ and add it to VSH.TXT, GAME.TXT or both, then reboot. On Windows 10 you may have to allow camera access in the privacy settings.
xerpi calls it a proof of concept. The colour conversion runs on the CPU, so it reaches about 20 fps.
