About PSP-HUD
Shows the frame rate, CPU and bus speed, CPU use, battery percentage and time left, and the clock, each placed where you like. It can flash a notice when the CPU speed changes, hold the CPU at a set speed for the XMB, games or PS1 games, and take screenshots to ms0:/PICTURE/ with or without the HUD on them. Written in 2008 for 4.01 M33-2.
Put hud.prx and hud.lang in seplugins and add ms0:/seplugins/hud.prx to vsh.txt, game.txt and pops.txt.
- Note + L: settings menu
- Note + R: hide the HUD or switch drawing method
- Note + Up: screenshot
Settings are saved to ms0:/seplugins/hud.cfg when you leave the menu. If you change the buttons and lose the menu, delete that file and restart. The newer drawing method gives a real FPS reading, but only in games that use the system call it hooks. Otherwise it falls back to the old one, which always shows 59 or 60.
