About llama2psp

Needs a model and tokenizer in llama2.c format next to the EBOOT, in ms0:/PSP/GAME/llama2psp/. Name them model.bin and tok.bin. The author used the smallest one, stories260K.bin with tok512.bin from Karpathy's tinyllamas on Hugging Face, because of the PSP's memory.
