Joker Poker v0.40 by kwerenta

Written in plain C. Seals, tags, decks, stakes, vouchers, booster packs and boss blinds are in, and 0.40 reworked the shop. The author is still working on the basic systems and plans to add most of the jokers, boss blinds and tags after that.

The game has no control hints yet:
- D-Pad: move between sections and items
- L / R: move the hovered item left or right
- Cross: select, buy or use
- Square: play the selected cards
- Triangle: discard the selected cards, or sell an item
- Circle: deselect all cards
- Select: sort the hand by rank or suit, reroll the shop
- Start: overlay menu
