Install on your PSP
Archive: extract pspirdacapture_brewology_com.zip and copy the pspirdacapture folder into /PSP/GAME/ on the Memory Stick.
Start it from Game › Memory Stick. On a PSP Go without a Memory Stick, use /PSP/GAME/ on the internal storage.

apsd (Vanya Sergeev), author of pspirfile (program to transfer files between PSP’s via infrared), has made an infrared capture program for the PSP. In the readme, apsd writes about it:
“This is a simple program to capture raw data from
the IrDA port and write it both to a file (currently
preset to ms0:/irdacapture) and to the screen.
Thanks to Arwin for the idea/suggestion of the program.
The source is included.”
