Install on your PSP

Plugin: extract 4CPUModulator_brewology_com.zip and copy cpumodulator.prx to /SEPLUGINS/ on the Memory Stick. On ARK-4 and ARK-5, add a line for it to /SEPLUGINS/PLUGINS.TXT:

game, ms0:/SEPLUGINS/cpumodulator.prx, on

Use vsh instead of game for a plugin that runs in the XMB, or pops for PS1 games, as the release notes say.

v0.20: Log output doesn't work right. Added support for full range of speeds from 96 to 333. When logging it seems to lock it in at around 222.
