Install on your PSP
Archive: extract CMFileManager-PSP-GO-M2.zip. It is laid out from the root of the Memory Stick: copy it there, so you have /PSP/GAME/CMFileManager/.
Start it from Game › Memory Stick. On a PSP Go without a Memory Stick, use /PSP/GAME/ on the internal storage.

About CMFileManager
Copies, moves, deletes and renames files and folders, several at a time if you mark them. A move is a real move, so a big file isn't copied and then deleted. The layout follows the LineageOS (CyanogenMod) file manager and there's a dark theme.
It extracts 7Z, LZMA, RAR, TAR and ZIP archives, edits text files like .TXT, .INI, .CFG and .JSON, opens most image formats and plays FLAC, MP3, OGG, OPUS, WAV and tracker music (MOD, IT, S3M, XM). It can also pull ICON0, PIC1, SND0 and the other media out of a homebrew EBOOT. Besides the Memory Stick it browses flash0, flash1 and the UMD drive, and on a PSP Go both the internal storage (ef0) and the Memory Stick (ms0).

- Start: settings, or screen off while in FTP mode or the music player

For FTP, pick FTP connection in the settings and choose a network. Connect from a PC client such as WinSCP to the IP it shows, port 1337, with anonymous login. If no folders show up, put the drive in the path, for example ip:1337/ms0:
