Choice+ changelog

Developer xart has come up with a minor update to the very useful homebrew application Choice2, an organizational tool to help PSP users arrange their installed homebrew apps and sort them either alphabetically or through the "star system" featured in the program.

The latest version 2.0.1.1 still sports all the basic features seen in the previous iteration. It does, however, include the v2.0.1 patch which fixes the bug encountered in the previous build, as well as a homebrew cache sig.

The developer also mentioned that the upcoming Choice v2.1 will come with an auto update star rating which uses the new universal star rating format. Also, the random auto homebrwe selection that was previously requested will finally be included as well.

We're sure you've been waiting for homebrew developer xart's update on Choice, and today, you're in luck. Xart has just released Choice Beta 1.1 and easyChoice version 1.5.

Choice is a GUI (graphical user interface) for custom firmware and is recommended for use on 3.51 M33. For this release, we see several features like homebrew, LuaPlayer, music, background photo, USB Connection, and UMD Dump. EasyChoice on the other hand, sports features like homebrew, LuaPlayer, background photo, and LightMP3 (by another homebrew coder, Sakya). Both applications look sweet, though Choice has smoother graphics (for this writer, at least).

As you may have noticed, Choice is a beefier version of easyChoice and the dev decided to develop the projects separately for easier development and debugging. Basically, those who don't like the extras in Choice can opt to install the lighter version. Cool, eh? Another difference by the way, is that easyChoice doesn't support themes.

At any rate, try the app out and see if you like it. Installation is pretty easy, just dump the files on your GAME folder and you're all set. Enjoy!

Choice+ is a GUI (graphical user interface) for Fanjita's and Ditlew's eLoader. This software provides a nice face lift for the eLoader. Choice+ lite a scaled down version of Choice+ only provides a GUI for homebrew selection and does not include the extra features of Choice+ or USB mode.

Xart the developer of this software has not yet released a readme for the application so there have been some hickups getting it to work. If you have any issues check this thread in our forums.

To install place the extracted folder Choice.app in the eLoader folder and open up the eLoader configuration file in notepad and change the "menu=" line to menu=ms0:/psp/eloader/choice.app/contents/psp/eboot.pbp
