Capcom CPS1 Emulator Beta 3 v2006-07-23
Install on your PSP
Archive: extract cps1psp_alpha1_brewology_com.zip and copy the cps1psp folder (inside 1.5/) into /PSP/GAME/ on the Memory Stick.
Start it from Game › Memory Stick. On a PSP Go without a Memory Stick, use /PSP/GAME/ on the internal storage.

NJ, the author of the NeoGeo CDZ emulator has just released one of the first CAPCOM CPS1 Emulators for the PSP. There have been a few before, but I believe this one is the best currently.
Although the readme is in Japanese, I was able to salvage whatever Babelfish could translate. I know, it isn't great, but for now, you'll have to make do with it.
Translated Readme:
