FTP server built around transfer speed, for the PS5 and PCs, with an optional web file explorer
Install on your PS5
Payload: start an ELF loader on the PS5 first, such as elfldr, which listens on port 9021. Then open this address in a browser on a computer or phone on the same network, with your PS5's address in place of PS5. elfldr downloads the payload and runs it.

About zftpd
The developer gets about 117 MB/s down and 108 MB/s up over wired gigabit with plain transfers. When it starts, the console's IP and port pop up on screen, and it keeps working after rest mode.
It handles upload resume, server-side copy and moves between drives. There's an optional ChaCha20 encryption mode, which is slower. ZHTTP, a file explorer in the browser, is a build option. The same code runs on Linux, macOS, Windows and PS4.
