Install on your PS5
Payload: start an ELF loader on the PS5 first, such as elfldr, which listens on port 9021. Then open this address in a browser on a computer or phone on the same network, with your PS5's address in place of PS5. elfldr downloads the payload and runs it.

About PS5 Linux loader
Under Linux, HDMI runs at 4K60 with sound, every USB port works, and custom drivers cover the disc drive, the internal Bluetooth and the Ethernet port. Hardware video decode and encode work through VAAPI. An M.2 SSD can hold a Linux partition, except on 3.xx firmware.
You need a USB drive of at least 64 GB, an external SSD if possible, flashed with a Linux image. The recommended image is ps5-ubuntu2604.img from the project's prebuilt ps5-linux-image releases. Boot from the front bottom USB-C port or one of the rear USB-A ports. A USB keyboard and mouse are needed. Wi-Fi takes a USB adapter, and a DualSense needs a Bluetooth dongle.
Before you start, set Supply Power to USB Ports to Always under Features Available in Rest Mode, and turn off HDMI Device Link. The developer lists firmware 3.00 to 7.61 and 11.00 to 13.60 on the Phat and Slim, and 11.00 to 13.60 on the Pro.
