flatz's Remote Package Installer, rebuilt with the OpenOrbis SDK
Install on your PS4
Package (.pkg): with GoldHEN running, copy IV0000-KPBR01111_00-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.pkg to the root of a USB drive (exFAT or FAT32), plug it into the PS4 and install it from Settings › Debug Settings › Game › Package Installer.
From a computer or phone: give this link to a remote package sender (GoldHEN's Remote Package Install, or Remote Package Installer on port 12800):

About Remote Package Installer
Backporter's port of flatz's installer, which installs packages sent to the console over the network. Backporter imported a few functions by hand that the SDK was missing.
Don't open it in the same session as flatz's original. The two fight over the same port and this one stops working. If you've already run the original, restart the console and open only this one.
