ps4-ftp v1.08b by hippie68
FTP server payload, hippie68's bug-fixed version of xerpi's FTPS4
Install on your PS4
Payload (.bin): download ftp_server_v1.08b.bin under Files, then send it from a computer on the same network to your PS4's payload loader, such as GoldHEN's BinLoader on port 9090. A payload sender does it, or nc <PS4 address> 9090 < ftp_server_v1.08b.bin.

About ps4-ftp
It started as xerpi's FTPS4 and passed through idc, xvortex and Scene-Collective before hippie68 took it on and fixed a long list of bugs. Cancelled downloads no longer keep sending data, files over 4 GiB resume, uploads resume where they should, long commands don't crash it and connecting no longer leaks memory.
It also understands NLST, MDTM, MLSD, MLST, OPTS, SITE CHMOD and SITE UMASK, which FTP clients and scripts can make use of. Clients that sit idle for 10 minutes are disconnected. To stop the server, send it the FTP command SHUTDOWN, or close the web browser if that's where it's running.
The developer says it should work on firmware up to 13.02.
