Install on your PS4
Package (.pkg): with GoldHEN running, copy picoplay-ps4.pkg to the root of a USB drive (exFAT or FAT32), plug it into the PS4 and install it from Settings › Debug Settings › Game › Package Installer.
From a computer or phone: give this link to a remote package sender (GoldHEN's Remote Package Install, or Remote Package Installer on port 12800):

About PicoPlay
birth1mark's port of jtothebell's FAKE-08, an open-source player for PICO-8 carts. Five carts are already in the package: Celeste Classic, Celeste 2: Lani's Trek, Slipways, Astero and Digable Planetoids.
Circle in the arcade menu switches to the BBS tab, where you can pick from community games or type in a cart ID and download it. Your own .p8 and .p8.png carts go in a picoplay folder on a USB drive, or in /data/picoplay/carts/ over FTP. Cart data and high scores save to /data/picoplay/cdata/.
Cross and Circle are the PICO-8's X and O buttons, and Square is a second O. Triangle switches between pixel-exact and stretched 16:9, Options pauses, and L1 + R1 + Options quits to the home screen.
