Install on your PS4

Archive (.7z): download GoldHEN_v2.3.7z under Files and extract it on a computer. A .pkg inside installs from a USB drive as above; a .bin or .elf payload goes to a payload loader. The release notes say which file to use. (linked from the developer's release, not hosted here)

About GoldHEN

Once it's running, the console has Debug Settings with the Package Installer and remote package install, an FTP server on port 2121, a BinLoader server on port 9090 for payloads and a klog server on port 3232. Packages copied to /data/pkg show up in the Package Installer. It also adds plugins, external hard drives, VR, rest mode, Remote Play, an FPS counter and a block on firmware updates. SiSTRo wrote it and keeps the source code private. SiSTRo says the BinLoader server is experimental and a badly written payload can crash the console, so be careful what you send it.

The BinLoader server is in an experimental phase but in any case there are several payloads around, some even not very well done, which can also be harmful and in the best case only crash the console. So use it with caution.
I have tried to work out to support all payloads possible but no guarantees can be given on this. Obviously I do not take any responsibility in case of use of payloads not made by me.
