From your SD card: copy Yahtzee3DS.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.

About Yahtzee3DS
Each turn you roll up to three times and keep whichever dice you want between rolls. Then you fill in one combination on the card. Up to six people can play, passing one console round or each on their own 3DS over local wireless, where every move shows on all the screens.
The D-Pad, A and B do everything, and so does the touch screen. The rules menu isn't in yet, and the author hadn't tried the CIA build when it came out.
