Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

From your SD card: copy boot.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

About Weebrew Launcher
Giovanna's reskin of hbmenu, the Homebrew Launcher by smea, fincs and others. Underneath it's the same launcher: it lists the .3dsx files in sdmc:/3ds/ and its subfolders, and you pick one with the D-Pad, Circle Pad or touch screen.
boot.3dsx goes on the root of the SD card, where the normal launcher lives. The release also has a loader CIA for the HOME Menu.
Press Y to start the netloader and send a .3dsx from a PC with 3dslink. Shortcuts are small XML files that point to a .3dsx and can add arguments, an icon, a name and a description.
