Method 1Scan the QR code
With 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Save it to sdmc:/3ds/.

Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:
Send to 3dsDL
It saves to 3dsDL's Download Folder (Settings), so set that to sdmc:/3ds/ first. Updating? Use Method 1: Send keeps the old file next to the new one.

About TWLFix-CFW

Uninstalls the 3DS's built-in TWL titles, the system software behind DS and DSi mode. Run it, follow the prompts, then do a system update and the console downloads them again from Nintendo.

If someone installed these titles as CIAs and later removed them by hand without removing the tickets, delete the unused tickets in FBI first: Tickets, pick any ticket, Delete unused tickets. TWL Version Data can't come back without its ticket, and this app can't fix that. Don't use it on a dev unit.
